3Continent Master of Global Management

The 3Continent Master of Global Management prepares young minds for a successful professional career by offering them a global look at management. Students will be living and studying in 3 different regions: Europe, USA and India. They will gain a unique view into 3 very diverse economies. The idea behind the program hinges on three simple values:

The programs aims at accelerating the development of students into becoming truly borderless leaders, creative in combining global and local talent management and equipped with a global and open outlook.Content

The program consists of 12 courses  spread in blocks of 4 months starting in Europe (Antwerp), followed by India (Bhubaneshwar), ending in the U.S.A. (New York). Next to the different courses, students will work on an International Business Project during the whole program

Graduates from the program 3Continent Master of Global Management will have acquired a sound basis in the theory and concepts of all major functional areas in management and its strategic implementation. They will have been trained in a variety of communication skills and business attitudes, e.g. multicultural communication, entrepreneurship, negotiations, self and group assessments, creativity, perseverance, teamwork and leadership. Additionally they will have developped a global perspective on business and a different outlook on life.

Learning outcomes

The 3Continent Master of Global Management program is designed for students who want to enhance their hands-on management skills and competencies in an open and international environment and want to gain insights into the local business models and cultures.

• deepening the participant’s knowledge of management functions.
• the integration of knowledge and skills required in key managerial responsibilities: leadership, people management and long-term planning.
• strengthening business skills, e.g. entrepreneurship, perseverance, motivation, emotional intelligence and initiative.
• the development of social skills, problem-solving skills, communication skills and the capacity for teamwork and leadership.
• an examination of global issues from a European, Indian and American perspective highlighting technological opportunities for innovation, change and progress.
