ITIL ® v1/v2 Managers to ITIL ® v3 Bridge (Incl. Certification)

This course is intended to bridge the gap between the ITIL® v2 Managers Certificate in IT Service Management and the ITIL® v3 Diploma in IT Service Management.

The course is designed for individuals who already hold the Managers Certificate in IT Service Management at an earlier ITIL® version. As such, delegates should hold an earlier version of the ITIL® Managers certificate.
